The Senior Leader Advisory Practice has two different yet complementary offerings:
One-on-One Senior Leader Advisory
Corporate leaders like you need an objective partner who can understand your current concerns regarding leadership within your company, a partner who can advise you on ways to resolve specific leadership issues, implement solutions, and seize important opportunities.
This advisory service can be arranged flexibly. Issue-specific meetings can be scheduled based on something you want to address. Or we can meet regularly to keep you engaged and focused on leadership matters on an ongoing basis.
Comprehensive Corporate Leadership Audits
In some cases, a more systemic look at leadership is required. This is comprised of:

a diagnosis of its strengths and weaknesses

an actionable plan for developing a coherent and cohesive approach to leadership throughout your company.
To accomplish these goals, I use a proprietary model, “The Leadership Ecosystem Audit”.

The audit assesses your company’s approach to leadership across the full spectrum of the ecosystem, gauging the strength of each part and aiming to build an aligned ecosystem that creates outstanding leaders and a robust, creative, and innovative culture.
